I’m Diana, Founder of DM Consulting Inc. and I'm so happy you are here!

I am a mom of 3 and it is the most challenging but most rewarding time of my life. Before having children, I never really thought about sleep. I quickly learned how important sleep is for a healthy lifestyle. I learned that in order for me to be the parent want to be, I needed to be recharged by a proper night’s sleep.

We ALL need proper rest to fill our cups so we can show up for ourselves and our family. A rested parent is a more patient and present parent. Our children are only little for a short time and they deserve the best versions of their parents.

When my first child was born, he like many other babies, could not sleep through the night. Not even when he started solids, not even if I brought him into my bed or not even with rocking and putting him down 8 times in the night. I took all of the advice and tried (almost) everything. I was tired from all the sleepless nights, and countless hours digging through all the information that I could find. I also shied away from asking for help because I felt like I would be judged for doing it wrong. I just wanted to find a way to help my baby who simply wasn’t his best self either from the lack of sleep. It wasn’t until I invested in a sleep consultant myself, did he finally sleep through the night (12hours!). Even the skeptical grandparents were impressed! I was changed forever and overwhelmingly felt the call to help other mothers like myself find calm and harmony also.

A non “cry it out” approach ensures your baby is not left alone to cry themselves to sleep - you can offer your support, comfort them and even pick them up to help them learn how to fall asleep independently. The goal is to have your child sleeping 10-12 hours a night within 2 weeks. This gives you back your evenings, some time for yourself and to be able to schedule and plan your days better. One of the most rewarding parts have been when parents tell me about how their marriage is better, their child eats better and tantrums have significantly reduced. Sleep impacts so many aspects of life and well-being.
