This recipe I developed while trying add fats into my son’s food. He was lower on the curve so I
always would try to make his foods as nutrient-dense as possible.
Ingredients:
2 cups of fresh pineapples
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 can of coconut milk
Directions:
Steam your pineapple until soft. Let it cool slightly and then add your cinnamon, chai seeds and coconut milk. Blend until reached desired texture and consistency. Put in the fridge to allow the chia seeds to gel and form a pudding consistency.
